How does a SUP lesson look?

A SUP lesson is a beginner’s class for people who have never done it before or could use a refresher.

These lessons are available for both children and adults.

Lesson Structure:

The lesson begins with a welcome at the surf school, where you’ll receive a custom wetsuit and have the opportunity to change. Next, there’s a short theory lesson covering topics such as an introduction to the equipment, knowledge of the sea, currents, safety, and, of course, the step-by-step process for standing up. To begin standing on a SUP, we start on the knees. Once you’re comfortable enough, you can try standing. Learning to SUP involves some trial and error, which is part of the fun!

This is highly recommended on a warm summer evening. Nothing beats a SUP lesson with the setting sun!

With a bit of luck, we might be visited by local seals, and sometimes we even spot dolphins.

By the end of the lesson, you’ll be able to cover the necessary meters on the water. Sup’s up
