When to book?

Surf kids’ parties can be booked on weekdays or during the weekend.

 

What is included?

The lesson price includes a custom-sized wetsuit, custom-sized surfboard, and a certified surf instructor!

What should the kids bring themselves?

Sunscreen for your face, hands, and feet. A water bottle for after the surf lesson, a towel to dry off, and tight-fitting swimwear like swim trunks or a swimsuit. It’s preferable to have them already on, so they can easily put on the wetsuit.

Is the surf kids party safe?

Surfing remains an ‘extreme sport,’ and like any other sport, it involves safety risks. We maintain small groups, and you will be taught by internationally certified surf instructors who hold a lifeguard diploma. After a comprehensive safety theory session, you can confidently enter the water with our instructors.

Where is the surfschool located?

Dutch Surf Academy is located adjacent to the popular beach tent De Pit in ‘s-Gravenzande. Navigate to Dutch Surf Academy, park in the parking lot, walk onto the beach, and you’ll find us on your right.

How can I pay?

When you make a reservation, you can easily pay online via iDEAL. You can also choose to pay by card or in cash on-site.

With us on the beach you can celebrate your children’s party in a sporty and challenging way! After surfing you can enjoy a snack and a drink at our neighbors at Strandtent De Pit.

For children aged 6 to 12 who have a swimming diploma!

Duration:

1,5 hours including changing.

Prices:

Surf kids party from 5 persons €25,- per person.
Surf kids party from 8 persons €20.- per person.

When:

Every day, at any time possible (weather and sea conditions permitting). - Please make a reservation.

What does a surf kids party look like?

The kids’ party starts with a welcome at the surf school, where you’ll be provided with custom-fitted wetsuits. After a brief explanation about the wetsuits, there will be an opportunity to change into them. Following that, we’ll help you choose a suitable surfboard that matches your height and weight.

Next, it’s time for a short theory lesson, prioritizing the safety of the children. After the theory lesson, you’ll head into the water with the instructor. Typically, all the kids catch on quickly and find themselves standing on the board in no time. At the end, they receive a personalized surf diploma!

Parents are welcome to join in or can choose to relax with a drink at our neighbors, Strandtent De Pit.

 

After the lesson all kids get a personal surf certificate!
